The Malcolm Stack Foundation is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Iowa County, Wisconsin. Because it was spared from the glaciers, the land includes pine relics and oak savanna, dramatic rock outcroppings and natural prairie.
On a clear day, you can see the Baraboo hills from Foundation property, which is one of the premier geological sites in Wisconsin and is home to one of nature's great wonders, Devil's Lake State Park. The rugged land is similar to that of nearby Governor Dodge State Park, often referred to as the crown jewel of the Wisconsin park system.
Wildlife is abundant on Foundation property. In addition to the deer, red-tail hawks, and other natural habitants, visitors witness bobcats, foxes and the occasional bald eagle. Unique flora and fauna co-exist with the wildlife throughout the area.
